You must review the Knowledge Base prior to contacting us at support@blacklistmonitor.com. All emails will be answered within 24 hours during business hours, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm EST.

Technical support is limited to support of the Blacklist Monitor system only. While we provide the most current information regarding the processes you must follow to become delisted from a particular blacklist, we cannot provide support with your ongoing negotiations with the blacklists as to your status of listing or delisting.

Blacklist Monitor is an online service that will monitor your IP addresses. You will know when you are blacklisted, where you are blacklisted, and what to do to start the blacklist removal process. Reports will keep you informed of the status of your blacklisting and delisting. Email notification will be sent immediately upon blacklisting or delisting.
